He has worked with young people for more than 20 years, initially as a teacher, then adolescent group worker, then Psychiatric Hospital Administrator, leading to his own Executive Search Company, specializing in placing educators and mental health providers in positions throughout the USA.

His community activities include serving as the Founding President of the Las Vegas CineVegas International Film Festival, and Past President of the Entertainment Development Corporation of Las Vegas. He has been a marketing lecturer at the University of LaVerne, California, a humorist and author of a published book, "A Daddy's World," leading to hosting and producing a cable television show of the same name.
